ROSEHIP SEED OIL RECIPE INSPIRATION
Anti- Stretch Mark Sugar Scrub
½ c brown sugar
⅓ c - ½ c melted , or use a blend of melted , coconut oil, or any other oil of your choice.
10 drops essential oil such as helichrysum, neroli, lemon, lavender or naartjie.
Combine ingredients together in a jar and scrub in circular motions while showering. It will rinse off and make your skin feel ultra soft and exfoliated.
HOW TO USE ROSEHIP SEED OIL
Apply regularly to problem skin. Scarring, wrinkles, and chronic skin problems can expect to see a real improvement within three months.
FACE: Squeeze several drops onto a cotton pad. Apply to face and massage into skin.
Use morning and night during your beauty regimen.
HAIR: Wet hair. Massage a quarter-sized amount directly into the ends. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then shampoo. To reduce frizz and add shine, apply 3-4 drops to damp hair. Dry as usual.
NAILS: Squeeze several drops onto a cotton pad. Apply to nails and cuticles to achieve a healthy, shiny look.
SKIN AND BODY: Apply to freshly cleansed and damp skin as a moisturiser.
